The Southern Pioneer Homeowners and Dwelling Fire programs are designed to provide coverage for homes and dwellings that may not meet all the eligibility criteria of standard companies. Prior company non-renewal, claim history, and age/upkeep of the dwelling are just a few of the reasons that a standard company might decline to offer coverage. Sometimes it is just because a company has determined that they do not want to write any more policies in a given geographic area (i.e. a specific State). Southern Pioneer specializes in writing those type risks and reviews each submission individually to determine if the risk is eligible or if it can be made eligible.
